i have been waiting 12 days now for my winnings of $220 and it is a terrible experience. communication is so bad the online chat is clearly just a bot and emails take 5 days just to get a reply. then they tell me to wait another 10 days!!! they have even closed my account now and i have to pester them constantly just to get an answer. i never had these issues on other sites where verification is instant but here they take your money in seconds and wont pay out. still waiting and wont be back.

I’ve been waiting a month for my $1,100 and I don’t think I’ll ever see it. I’m reporting this to the authorities. STEER CLEAR.
