I cannot get my withdrawal and the verification is impossible. I have been trying for ten days to get my 420 CAD out but support just keeps asking for more documents.

I sent everything they asked for then they waited 3 days to tell me they need a bank statement and now they are asking for my license again. I already sent that!

They are just making excuses not to pay and it is shameful. What do I have to do to actually get my money from this site?

Oh top tier service from Megapari as usual! I love it when a casino tells me my 90 CAD withdrawal was successful while my bank balance stays at zero. Truly magical. Then when you ask where the cash is they send you a screenshot of some random agents account and tell you to go harass your bank. When the bank obviously says nothing arrived Megapari wants a call recording of the conversation. Yeah sure let me just record my private banking business for some offshore support bot. They really think we’re idiots. Great way to treat customers guys keep it up!

rlly needed a win today to help w the bills so i put 50 cad into megapari using payz. everything seemed okay until i tried to verify my accoutn to get my 420 cad winnings out. the security team is a total nightmare. they r demanding i send screenshots of my transaction history from a pc version of the the app but payz only has a mobile app here. ive told them this like 10 times but they just ignore me and send the same copy-paste robot amswers. its so depressing bc i rlly counted on that money for my family and now its just stuck there bc they wont listen. my id is 8829*** and im just devastated by how they treat people.

TOTAL SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’m out 120 CAD because these crooks won’t process my withdrawals. Support is a joke they just tell you to wait indefinitely with zero info. Don’t waste your time or money here they just steal it.
