im following up again because my verification STILL hasnt been checked and its been 16 days now. so disappointing. they are just using stalling tactics so i dont withdraw my money. i emailed support and they said all the right things and apologized but they dont actually provide any solutions. what do i even do now? i am looking into how to get the gaming authority involved because this is ridiculous. everyone be careful of these sites.

I was really hoping to have a nice night and maybe win enough for a nice dinner with the family but Spinabara just took everything and ran. I managed to hit a decent win on the slots and got my balance up to about $1250 CAD but as soon as I tried to get it out they locked me out of everything. They are holding my winnings and refuse to pay and now the support wont answer me via chat or email even though I’ve messaged them every day this week. I feel so sick and frustrated because that was my money and now it’s just gone. Absolute joke of a company.

Oh yeah, great job guys; you really have top-tier security going on here. I love it when a site lets me deposit 40 bucks with no problem, but then mirrors the site so hackers can grab my passwords and card info the second I try to log back in.
