i was rly hoping to have a bit of fun tonight after a stressful week at work and maybe win enough to take the fam out for a nice lunch on sunday. i deposited $45 cad and used a promo code i saw which said it was active but then nothing hqppened and my balance was just the 45. i went straight to the the chat and the guy there named mike literally told me they dont have to honor every code and only the ones they text u matter??? then he had the nerve to say just deposit another $45 and youll get a bonus on the second one. why would i give u more money when u already ripped me off on the first one! im so upset and frustratwd now bc that money was for my relaxation and it just turned into a headache. my whole mood is ruined.

Oshi is a total security risk and a joke. My Visa was hit for 4 charges totaling $420 that I never authorized and support is ghosting me. I gave them the card number and they flat out refuse to track the usage or explain the breach. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING INFO.

I am extremely annoyed with this site. I just spent $70 and did not get one single bonus or free spin on any of the games I played. How is that even possible?? It feels like the slots are rigged to just take money without giving anything back. I want to know why the RTP is so bad and why support wont give me a straight answer? What am I supposed to do now because this feels like a total rip off.

Oh yeah great job guys. Love how you let me deposit 60 bucks no problem but then restrict all the games I actually want to play. And the best part? I try to withdraw the remaining 50 and suddenly you need 100 different documents just to keep investigating my account. Such professional service! Thanks for stealing my money while doing absolutely nothing. Truly the best scam in the industry.
