Honestly I just wanted a bit of fun after a long week and got an email for a 100% match up to $100 and 50 free spins from this place. Thought why not and put in my last $80 for the month hoping for a little luck. Registered as a new player and everything but THE BONUS NEVER SHOWED UP IN MY BALANCE . I WENT TO THE CHAT AND SOME AGENT NAMED MIKE TOLD ME THEY DECIDED I’M NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BONUSES BUT I CAN STILL PLAY WITH MY OWN MONEY . WHAT A JOKE! WHEN I TRIED TO JUST TAKE MY $80 BACK THEY SAID I HAVE TO WAGER IT ALL FIRST . I was really hoping to have a nice night and maybe win enough for my daughters birthday gift so I put in $100 which is a lot for me right now. I actually got lucky on some slots and built it up to $1850 and I was so happy I could finally afford the bike she wanted but then everything went wrong. As soon as I clicked withdraw they locked my account for no reason saying I need more kyc but they won’t even open the link for me to upload. Now they just keep my $1850 and won’t respond to emails and my daughters birthday is ruined because of these thieves.
