What a bad casino. The wager system on bonuses is horrible, 40x bet and they cap your win at 3x what you put in. I put in 50 and won over 1000 but they took most of it and left me with 150. Then they make you wait a week to withdraw so you’ll spend it. The customer service agents like Elena are just copy paste morons and super rude. Why do you keep my info for 6 years after I close the account?? I need to know how to get my data deleted now because this is a scam.

Got my money in the end so that’s the main thing. Support is actually super polite and they don’t just ignore you which is nice. But man the KYC is a total nightmare. I spent like 10 days going back and forth with documents. You need a selfie with your ID, then a picture of the ID, then a selfie with your card and ID together, and even a bank statement. If you use a virtual card like I do you gotta make sure to get that specific statement too or they wont take it. It is a real casino and they are honest but just be ready for a slow kyc process.
