I was really hoping today would be different and I could finally pay off some bills after a lucky streak on the slots ,I had built up 1450 CAD and was so happy when the casino confirmed the withdrawal was processed and on its way to my bank ,then everything just collapsed ,they suddenly sent an email saying it was a human error and they’re only giving me 180 CAD because of some max win cap they never mentioned when they were processing it ,I have the chat logs and everything ,this was supposed to be my rent money and now I’m just sitting here crying because they lied to my face

Absolute shittest casino ever. I tried to get a refund for a C$75 deposit that didnt go through eighty hrs ago but the money was definitely taken from my bank. Every time I ask where it is they just reply with bot answers like rest insured wait for relevant team etc.

TOTAL SCAM SITE STAY AWAY. Deposited 85 CAD, tried to pull out 210 CAD after kyc was supposedly finished but they just block the payout anyway. Support is a joke and just gives you the runaround. DONT DEPOSIT A SINGLE CENT HERE.
