honestly had a rough start with my withdrawals getting cancelled and I was so pissed off but I just kept hitting up live chat and now its been good as gold!!! I made a withdrawal of 400 CAD and it took me 6 days to get my money back!!! I honestly thought I was never gonna get it back after reading reviews online. I had to keep communicating with them on live chat constantly and it finally worked but its not normal. It should not take this long to process a withdrawal at all. I dont think i play with them again, i dont like the feeling my money is being held by others and i have zero control. too many other casinos have fast payouts.

Decent games and some okay wins but the payouts are slow as hell.

I’m currently waiting on 150 CAD to hit my account after the first withdrawal was rejected. If you don’t mind waiting a few days for your money then it’s fine I guess.

This site is refusing to pay me my winnings and I dont know what to do. I won 600 and every time I try to withdraw it they cancel it after two days. They keep saying there is a technical problem but wont explain what it is. I have made 10 withdrawal requests now and they just send the same email every time. They are clearly just waiting for me to play the money so they dont have to pay. How am I supposed to get my money? Its been nearly two weeks and I am getting nowhere with live chat. Give me my money!

i was hoping to win a little extra for our anniversary dinner tonight so i put in 80 cad and actually got up to about 450. i was so happy but then i tried to withdraw and its just been a nightmare. theyve been holding onto my 450 cad for 9 days now. its so depressing because i really needed that for ur plans and now im just sitting here feeling like an idiot. they keep sending me these long emails about t&cs and individual schedulws but it just feels like theyre stealing my money. mood is ruined and im just so sad i ever trusted this site.
