so they did the right thing and refunded my dec deposits which was around 380 cad, though i think the total is still a bit off. the main issue was trying to get a cooling off period. i emailed them and and got zero silence for days, then chat tried to give me a bonus after i literally told them i was addicted!!! it was a pretty bad failure on their part and i lost more because of it. since they actually stepped up with the refunr though i might give them another chance once i am in a better headspace. tbh they need to do better.
