Everything is finally sorted and I have my answers now , support eventually cleared up the confusion after a few weeks of back and forth which was a relief, the main issue was that I signed up with my maiden name and didnt realize Id used my married name on a sister site years ago , its annoying that tihs system doesnt just flag your address to prevent you from signing up twice on the same network , it is a decent site once you get past the registration hurdles but they really need to fix that automated check
