They have closed my account and are refusing to pay out my winnings after I followed their advice TO SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT WITH MY LEGAL DEED POLL NAME . I have deposited thousands of CAD here and was already VERIFIED WITH MY NEW ID . Now that I’ve won they won’t reply to any emails and THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL . I am still giving them 4 stars because they have been great in the past and my payouts were always handled in a few days. I have hit a bit of a snag now with a 505 error after switching to a new phone and I am stuck waiting for support to unlock the account. It is pretty frustrating to be locked out of your favorite site for no reason but I am assuming they will fix the technical difficulties. I will give them another chance once they reply to my email because the site is top tier when it is actually running.

honestly just wanted to have a nice night after a long week at work so i put in some money and actually had some luck for once. i won 1450 cad and was over the moon thinking about what i could do for the kids with that extra cash. my account was already green and verified so i thought it would be easy but as soon as i clicked withdraw they started asking for more id and more bank statements. i sent everything and it looked fine but then money happened and nobody would reply to my emails. i woke up this morning to find my account is just suspended and i cant even log in to see my money. they just took it all and left me with nothing no email no nothing. its heart breaking bc u trust these places and they just wait until u win to screw u over. pls stay away.
