Thought id have a bit of fun after work and try a new place just for a change. Put in 80 CAD and and actually did okay for once. But then the kyc nightmare started. they wanted everything. bank statements phone bills photos of my cards and even proof of apple pay that i dont even use for this. I spent hours getting it all together just for them to reject every single thing saying it dont meet criteria. Its absolute nonsense and honestly im just so upset. i was hooing to use that money for a nice dinner with the family this weekend and now its just stuck because they wont even reply to ur emails. ruined my whole week.

Been on here for a few weeks and the verification is a joke. It took forever and so many emails back and forth. I finally won something but now they’ve blocked my withdrawals and I can’t even play the games anymore. They are asking for bank statements and payslips to verify income which is ridiculous. It’s an absolute disgrace. I won fair and square but they won’t pay out. DO NOT PLAY HERE. I’ve already reported them!!!
