I am having a nightmare with my deposits. I made three separate deposits over the last week – $30, $25 and $30. They all say pending on the site but the money has definitely been taken from my bank.

Support just keeps sending automated replies saying it has been forwarded to the right department but it has been over 5 days. They finally fixed one $25 deposit but I am still missing the other $55. Even my partner tried to depo next to me and the same thing happened to him! How do I get my money added??

i have been playing on rockwins for about 4 months now. i have put in around $800 total and managed to hit a nice run for about $2500 which i am pretty stoked about. the game selection and and general feel of the site is top tier. only real issue is the withdrawal process. every time i win anything decent i have to spend way too much time chasing them up to make sure the monye actually gets sent out and it is super annoying. i get that they probably want me to just get bored and gamble it back but it makes the experience feel a bit cheap. if the payouts were instant i would be way more likely to deposit more often. tbh I trust this casino but the slow payouts are a big let down.
