They are literally trying to steal my money . I used the 20 free bet and won but they WON’T PAY BECAUSE THEY SAY THE ODDS WERE TOO LOW EVEN THOUGH THE SYSTEM LET ME PUT THE BET ON ! WHY LET ME PLACE IT IF IT BREAKS THE RULES ?? THEN THEY CANCELLED MY FRIENDS BETS TOO FOR NO REASON . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH AND JUST GIVES COPY PASTE ANSWERS . I’VE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT NOW BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY CAN JUST TAKE WINNINGS LIKE THAT ? ITS PATHETIC AND THEY JUST HIDE BEHIND DODGY TERMS .

Absolute scam artists who will find any excuse to void a 3000 CAD withdrawal. Pending for a week, docs not original, and then they just lock your account without saying a word. Customer service is a joke, just robots like Izzy who cut you off mid-sentence. Don’t waste a single cent here unless you want to be robbed.
