Seriously what is wrong with this support team?? I registered 2 days ago and did all the KYC stuff already. Was playing last night and woke up to a message saying a withdrawal was denied but I never even asked for one! I have 2FA enabled so nobody else could have done it. Now support says I have account limitations and made me do the ID and face video AGAIN with a different provider. It’s been over 10 hours and no one is replying to my emails. I just want to know why my account is restricted when I did everything right. Give me a straight answer!!
