They let you spend your money, but if you win, do not get your hopes up. As soon as you win, they find a way not to pay out. I spoke to consumer rights and they have had dozens of complaints; there is a clear pattern where they wait until you win and then do anything to avoid paying.

My sister owed me money, so she let me use her card. Instead of telling me I could not use anyone else’s card at the start, they just waited. They will not help you; they just sit and wait until you win, and they are so rude to talk to.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 4 years always played fair and never had a single issue. Last night I got an email saying I’d get a special BONUS if I topped up my account so I thought why not and put in C$45. I actually got lucky for once and won about C$320 on the slots!
