Oh yeah great job guys!!! I really love it when I send a casino $50 and it just vanishes into thin air. Top tier service right there. I contacted support and they gave me the classic wait 24 hours line and then 24 hours later they magically have no record of it. Even though my bank statement literally shows the money was accepted by them. Now the site is telling me the deposit was unsuccessful and asking me to try again lol… yeah sure I’ll get right on that. i won but i cant get any of my money. the site says they take gpay and bank transfer but when i try to use them they arent available. they only give me 2 other options that dont work for my bank so there is no way for me to get my winnings of $95. support told me nothing can be done so im just stuck. never had this happen at any other casino ever. they wont help me at all and its really sketchy. Stay away! They won’t let me withdraw my own money! My first few times were fine but now I made a deposit of 60 and got it up to 125 and they won’t let me cash out. I didn’t even take a bonus! They are telling me I have to wager my deposit 3x before I can withdraw anything. I had to wager 180 and I lost everything while trying to reach that.
