its really bad ..I won 220 CAD this was 5 weeks ago I can’t get an intelligent answer out of either email or chat …I guess they are going to the dogs as people are stopping playing casinos, my advice keep well clear of this one it’s a scam fraud ..anything over a 100 they keep back hoping you will forget as they make it so hard to withdraw ….. Absolute rubbish site stay well away. Slots are lagging and slow as a snail. Was a regular on Whitehat for years but they’ve now suspended all my accounts for responsible gambling issues which is a joke because I only had a 15 CAD weekly limit.
