im having serious issues with a withdrawal i made over 2 weeks ago now and its still not here. I used this site a few times over the last year and it was okay but now its a joke. They say 5 days max wait but its been 18 days. I’ve talked to customer service like 15 times and they just say its with the payments team and they cant do anything. Why can’t I talk to the payments team myself?? Its so funny how they take the depo in seconds but hold my money this long. What am I supposed to do now to get my money?
