I was hoping to win a little extra for our anniversary dinner this weekend so I put in forty CAD and actually hit a decent win of 650 CAD on the slots. I was so happy and immediately put in for a withdrawal but then the nightmare started.

It took over one week just to stay in pending and every single day I was on the support chat getting the runaround from agents. They kept saying it was being processed but then they suddenly sent an email accusing me of bonus abuse because I did a 6 dollar spin!

finally got my 2100 cad winnings this morning so they r definitely not a scam. i was getting pretty annoyed bc it took almost 20 days of waiting and checking my email every five minutes. there biggest problem is just how slow they process stuff but since i actually got paid ill probably give them another shot and see if the next one is fasyer. thx playgrand casino for the win anyway!!!
