I have had problems numerous times withdrawing from here!!! It says it takes 48 hours max but I waited 9 days for my last one and now I’m on day 6 for this one. I have sent my docs so many times now but they keep asking for them again even though it says they stay on file. They take the money instantly but wont pay out the winnings. My bank card is valid until 2029 and I’ve uploaded it 8 times already so I dont know why they need more. Why wont live chat answer me? I just want my 130 CAD.

im sure they will do the right thing and pay me the 3800 cad i won so fingers crossed they come through soon. its been a bit concerning because they promised the money in 48 hours and now im stuck sending in and more documents even though my small withdrawals used to be instant. ive had a good run here before so ill give them another chance to fix this and hopefully they can get their act together because the platform itself is alright.
