Oh wow, top notch service here guys!!! I really love the feature where you win 480 CAD and then the casino just decides to withdraw it for you into thin air. Truly innovative. Talked to their amazing support and they basically called me a liar, saying I requested the payout myself. Funny how that works since the money never hit my bank. If you want a place that safely keeps your winnings for themselves this is the one for you! 10/10 for daylight robbery.

I’m always a bit wary of new sites because you never know if they’ll actually pay out but HUGO CASINO turned out to be legit. I put in 80 CAD and they matched it with a bonus and some extra spins which was a nice start. Ended up hitting a good run on some table games and cleared the WAGERING REQUIREMENTS with 640 CAD in the bank. The only slightly annoying thing was the 400 CAD DAILY LIMIT so I had to do it over two days but honestly the money hit my account exactly when they said it would. Why does it take forever to get a response from support? I sent an email and waited 30 hours just to get an automated message back. Now I have to wait another day for my follow up? Your site says 24 hours for documents but it’s been way longer. Live chat is a joke they just tell you to email. I want to withdraw my 140 CAD but apparently you guys don’t work weekends or evenings and it takes 5 days anyway. How do I actually get my money??
