I’ve had 3 withdrawals rejected all based on the same reason and all at different times. I was rejected because according to the casino I placed several bets over the amount allowed. I checked my transaction history for all 3 withdrawals and there were none placed over the max amount which is 10% of bonus given. I always abide by the bonus terms yet they still reject and void all my withdrawals of $320 CAD. IVE NEVER GONE OVER ANY BET AMOUNTS BUT THEY KEEP REJECTING ME. My mates have the same thing happen with the same exact email rejection! This has to be a scam!!!! What am I supposed to do to get my money??

oh yeah absolutely brilliant service here guys. i managed to lose $600 in winnings because apparently im supposed to be a psychic and know exactly when my bonus clears without the site actually telling me. top notch design!! and when i pointed out how stupid that is the amazing support team decided the best responsible thing to do was block my account and keep my remaining spins. truly a class act over there. if you want to get insulted and robbed at the same time this is the spot for you. 10/10 for pure incompetence.

I signed up using USD because it was an option but now they are refusing to pay out my $110 win via e-transfer unless I close my account and open a new one in CAD!!!
