they actually pay out the winnings which is the most important thing for me but honestly the speed is just a joke. i had one withdrawal land in 2 days but then the the next one took nearly 3 weeks which is just way too inconsistent for a big sitr. its okay if u r not in a rush for ur cash but the payout process definitely has some major flaws compared to other places.

Finally got my 150 CAD payout after bugging support a few times to speed it up. Withdrawal was way slower than it should be and the live chat is definitely not 24 hours like they say which is a pain when you need help. Email is basically useless. At least when I did get a human on chat they were helpful and fixed my issue. I might give them another shot since the games are actually decent just hope they fix the slow payouts.

Oh yeah, great job by the support team here!
