They are refusing to pay out my 350 CAD winnings, and it has been 15 days of waiting. I have contacted support like ten times, and they just keep stalling and giving me excuses.

I requested the payout to the same card I used to depo, three times now and every single time they just return the money to my casino account. Why won’t you just process the withdrawal?? It feels like you are just waiting for me to lose the money instead of paying me. What am I supposed to do now to get my money? This is unacceptable.

I would give this place 10 stars IF I COULD !!! THE SUPPORT TEAM IS SO FRIENDLY AND ACTUALLY NICE TO TALK TO WHICH IS RARE LOL . AND THE BONUSES ARE FIRE !!! SUCH A GREAT CASINO HONESTLY JUST SO HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING HERE!
