Listen to me and do not make my mistake with this brand. They talk a big game about responsible gambling and kyc but it’s a trap to get your data while they ignore their own safety tools. I had a hard loss limit of 30 CAD but they let me keep spinning until I’d dropped 120 CAD. They are legally required to refund anything over a set limit but they will stonewall you for weeks. Avoid Simba and Skill on Net entirely if you value your bank account.

STILL NoT paid. Oh Simba is absolutely wonderful if you love being ignored and lied to for weeks on end! I tried to take out my $350 win and suddenly they forgot how to read the documents they already verified. Support keeps promising it’ll be processed today and then nothing happens. Truly top tier service if you enjoy being treated like an idiot while they hold onto your cash.
