This is total BS I won $150 CAD after a $10 deposit and now the money is missing from my account. I did the whole ID check and they confirmed I was verified so why was my withdrawal #8827364 deleted?? I followed all the steps and did exactly what support said. Give me my money back right now there is no reason to take my winnings after saying my account was fine. How do I even get a real person to fix this?

Absolute scam!! I signed up and deposited $45 and when I try to withdrawal they ask me for all this info to proof who I am. I sent it all and they accepted the withdrawal after 5 days but now I waited more than 12 days and still didn’t got my fund. Support tells me they accepted it on their side but I need to give them my bank statement to proof I didn’t get it. Then I get another email saying it failed and I need to send a void cheque. The money didn’t even go back to my casino balance! This is total BS and a waste of time! How do I get my money back??
