i was hopibg to win a lil extra today to help with the bills since things have been tight lately. put in a 40 cad depo and actually got lucky on the the slots for once. but when i went to take out my 250 cad winnings it all went to hell. they have these stupid daily limits and they say it takes days just to process anything when every other site i use does it in hours. i tried to use my bonus but they just made up excuses why i couldnt use it even though i followed the rules. now im just sitting here frustrated and broke bc they are holding onto my money for no reason. its really put a damper on my whole week.

SCAM ALERT DONT DEPOSIT HERE. Put in 50 bucks got a trash bonus with 24hr expiry and 5k wagering requirements that eats your real cash too. Tried to withdraw what was left of my depo and got hit with limits and slow support. Absolute thieving bastards stay away.

Deposited 75 CAD and cashed out 450 CAD without any id verification needed because I used my mastercard for both. Took 2 days for them to approve it and then another 4 days for the bank transfer to clear. Everything works like it should so I’ll be back.

They will bounce your funds back to your playable balance to try and get you to gamble it back. Support agents like Agent Mike will give you the runaround about IBAN numbers or changing bank accounts just to stall for time. They even have the nerve to be sarcastic in chat while holding your cash hostage. I have screenshots of the whole thing and I’m taking this to the regulators. Avoid this brand at all costs they have no intention of paying winners.
