This casino is a scam and all these 5 star reviews are fake, I won 2100 CAD from a bonus and tried to withdraw it, After waiting 6 days they emailed me saying I violated the TOS but they wont tell me what I actually did worng, They just sent a link to the terms , Also they say they have a Costa Rican Gaming License but that doesn’t exsit , they only give business licenses there, I have no way to complain to anyone, I just want my money ! What am I supposed to do now?

dont let this site trick u because once ur money goes in it is never coming back out. this is a classic stall tactic where they demand kyc documents for an account closure just to keep ur funds in limbo while they and and spam u with marketing to lure u back in. ive seen tihs a hundred times and they have zero intention of paying out my 310 CAD win. they wait for u to get frustrated and give up. avoid this place at all costs and dont believe a word the support bot tells u.
