This game used to be fun, but now it just knocks people off and support won’t fix it. They need to reimburse me for the $35 I spent because being kicked out of the game constantly is ridiculous and has been happening for weeks now.

Also, how is it fair that a user called Player_441 can attack me 5+ times but I only get one attack back? He needs to be banned, and the people who aren’t even building towns need to be kicked off too since they just stay on to steal coins. What am I supposed to do to get my money back? BBB is getting a complaint.

I was just trying to relax after a long shift and maybe win a bit of extra cash for the family grocery run this weekend . I put in C$80 and actually hit a decent run on the slots, ending up with about C$1,200 WHICH I WAS SO HAPPY ABOUT . BUT WHEN I WENT TO WITHDRAW THEY JUST GHOSTED ME FOR DAYS EVEN THOUGH I SENT EVERY ID AND BILL THEY ASKED FOR . THEN OUT OF NOWHERE THEY JUST CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND SENT BACK ONE OF MY C$40 DEPOSITS LIKE THATS SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT OKAY . I’M ABSOLUTELY GUTTED BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED THAT MONEY AND NOW MY WHOLE WEEK IS RUINED AND I FEEL SICK TO MY STOMACH.
