I cannot get my money out of this site. I have a balance of 450 CAD and every time I try to withdraw, it gets stuck or rejected.

I have been using this account for years, so there should be no issue with my identity. However, customer service won’t reply to any of my messages. The RUN OUTS on this site are absolutely RIDICULOUS and I need to know why. I was just ALL IN with JJ against 10s and of course the 10 hits on the RIVER. This happened multiple times where I have 95% EQUITY and lose to the only card that can beat me. It doesn’t happen like this in live games. Is the system BUGGED or just RIGGED?
