Why is my account suspended??? I won $1400 after playing with an $80 depo and now I cant get in. This casino is refusing to pay out my $315 winnings and I dont know what to do. They are asking for a photo of me outside my house holding my ID and a sign with my address visible. This is after I already did the standard kyc with my license and a bill. the games themselves seem normal on the surface, but situations like this make the whole experience feel untrustworthy. Why do they need me to stand in the street for a photo just to get my money?? It feels like a scam to keep my cash. Has anyone else had to deal with this because it seems really dangerous and wrong.
