Do not fall for the big win trap on this site like I did , I am currently sitting on a 6500 CAD balance that they refuse to release after 30 days of processing , they use the daily 500 CAD limit as a stalling tactic to hope you just gamble it back while their support team feeds you scripted lies , this is a classic non-payment strategy used by these brands , if you value your money find a site that actually respects its own terms and codnitions because this place is not it.
