Banned for winning… wow what a great business model they have here!!! Oh wow guys I just had the most amazing experience with their support team. If you want to lose 180 free spins because of a misunderstanding where they trick you into deleting your own bonus then this is the place for you!!! I asked what to do because a random bonus popped up and skipped my welcome offer and she suggested I deactivate it. Lo and behold that just kills the whole welcome bonus entirely lol. Then she sends me this copy paste garbage saying it was my choice and they cant do anything about it. Top tier service right there just taking your depo and then laughing in your face. I was just trying to have a nice evening after a long shift at the warehouse and maybe win enough to take the kids out for a decent meal this weekend. I hadn’t even logged into the site for a while but then I see that some admin just randomly added money to my account balance without me even asking for it. I thought it was a mistake so I just left it alone but later I decided to depo $40 of my own cash and I actually got lucky on the slots and won $280. When I went to withdraw my winnings they blocked me and said I have to finish some massive wagering requirement for that money the admin put there months ago!! I never asked for that bonus and now they are holding my real money hostage and the support people just talk in circles and don’t help at all. Now I’m just sitting here frustrated with no money for the weekend and feeling like I’ve been completely robbed.
