THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY ME AND KEEP CANCELLING MY WITHDRAWALS. I tried to take out 900 CAD and they made me wait for 3 days and then just cancelled it saying I need to provide more proof of address even though they have it. This place is so cheap and pathetic they just want you to lose it all back while you wait for documents to be checked. It makes them look sad and broke because they can’t even pay out a small amount without making it impossible. What am I supposed to do to get my money since they won’t respond to my emails?
