I’ve sent 5 different sets of kyc docs for a C$900 withdrawal and they reject every single one with insane excuses. They are now demanding a bank screenshot that literally doesnt exist in any modern banking app. Support is useless and just loops the same script. Do not depo here unless you want your money stolen.
