They really don’t care about their loyal players at all!! I put in my usual $60 and actually hit a run on the slots. I’ve been a regular at Royal Ace for a long time, so I thought it was safe. Buut, I put in for a $950 withdrawal back in June, and they just keep moving the goalposts. First they said it would be ready by the 15th, then they cut the amount in half and said wait till the 30th. It is now almost November and I have got nothing.

I sat on chat for hours just to be ignored.
