I played for 2 weeks and put in $350 total. One day I deposited $50 and won $1,000 CAD. I took a short break, but when I came back, my account was blocked.

They asked for KYC and ID, so I sent everything in. Then they said they wouldn’t accept my ID card and closed my account forever. Nowhere on the site does it say my ID is invalid. They kept my $1,000 and only gave back the last $50. What am I supposed to do now? They just robbed me.

Slots are constantly lagging and I keep getting Couldn’t connect with server errors every time I try to play. I have 800mbps fiber so dont tell me its my connection!! This has been happening for hours and customer service is no help at all. They said it’s a known issue with certain games but it is happening on every single provider I try. They opened a ticket for the tech department but its been over a week and I haven’t heard anything back. I asked for a credit because I lost money when the games froze and they said no. the game selection here is actually and they have some decent bonuses with 30x to 45x wagering which is pretty standard , i also found the live chat support to be quite responsive when i had questions , however my first withdrawal was a bit of a headache , i requested this on the 10th and it got cancelled after 8 days because of some provider issue , i had to re-submit and wait another 5 days for the money to hit my card , it seems like the support team cant really speed things up even if they say its a priority , its a nice place to play overall but the payout speed definitely needs work
