THIS CASINO IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. I had $450 in my balance and as soon as I tried to withdraw they started demanding paystubs and full bank history then accused me of stuff because of cash deposits on my records. Support is useless and hostile, they eventually just locked my account and kept the $450 after I’ve already gambled thousands with them previously. Stay away if you actually want to see your winnings because they will find any excuse to rob you blind.

got my 500 cad eventually but man it was a process. was told 2 days for the withdrawal then it got flaggd for review which was annoying since i i already verified my id months ago. support just keeps saying wait for the right dept to email me. i did finally get a resposne and sent more docs so it worked out. prob will give them one more shot and hope its faster next time.

LuckyCasino is a total joke and a scam. I depo $90 and been stuck waiting for 13 days now with zero access. Support is a brick wall just repeating bs about address validation when I’ve sent everything. They won’t refund because of wagering requirements but I can’t even get into the lobby to spin. Waste of time and money. Stay far away from these clowns if you’re in Ontario.

Oh wow what a fantastic experience getting my account banned for the crime of actually winning for once! Seriously top notch service over at LuckyCasino. I deposited $5/5 and after actually getting a bit lucky for once and trying to pull out $210 they suddenly decided they needed my life story and a mountain of paperwork. They held onto my money for days like it was their personal savings account then had the nerve to close my account the second they paid out. Truly the peak of fair play guys. If you love getting interrogated and then kicked out for winning stay here but if you actually like your money maybe find a casino that isn’t a total joke.
