extremely dishonest company. i cancelled a deposit of 65 CAD before it even processed and they sent me a confirmation saying it was cancelled. then all of a sudden they processed the deposit and now the only way i can get my money back is to play 3 times the amount i deposited!!! i contacted support and they said if i cancelled the bonus i could withdraw. i cancelled the bonus and they STILL wont refund me without a penalty. what am i supposed to do now?? this is terrible. do not play here.
