really just a pain in the ass. getting verified took like 12 photos and they kept saying they werent good enough even tho they looked fine. i put in 50 CAD and none of the slots were any good so i tried to withdraw. now i have to wait 3 days for kyc and they want to charge me a fee to take my money out???? i tried to find live support but its impossible to find the chat button even if they reply to tickets fast. its so weird to charge people for not winning. why is the cashout so slow and why do i need to triple my wager just to avoid fees?? never coming back.

its an okay site but dont expect anything CRAAAZY. the payouts are quick when they work but sometimes they stall and support just says its out of their hands once approved. bonuses are pretty WEAK too, just a small 50% on tuesdays and barely any free spins for your deposits. i only stay because im already kyc verified and know ill get my money eventually. its fine for a few spins but theres definitely better options out there if you want ACTUAL rewards. I AM SO FRUSTRATED.

I finally decided to write this because I feel a bit ripped off by the loyalty system.
