I was really hoping for a win today to help with the bills after a long week at work, and I finally managed a decent run on the blackjack tables. I put in 80 CAD over a few days and actually built it up to 150 CAD, but as soon as I tried to get my money out, the nightmare started.

They asked for my passport and bank statement, which I sent right away. They verified them, but then they started stalling over my PayPal verification. I’ve been onto the support bot every single day for two weeks now and they just tell me to be patient while my money sits there.

It’s been 14 days and I’m just so stressed and upset because I really needed that cash for my family. Now I’m stuck filing complaints with Resolver and IBAS just to get what’s mine.

this casino is a total scam do not waste your time , i tried withdrawing 210 cad and they have rejected my kyc 4 times now for the most ridiculous reasons ever , every support agent is named jarin or something and they all just give you the same script , they even asked for a selfie with my id and my arm in the shot like they are taking the piss , they are just holding my money hostage , stay away if you value your cash .. tihs place is a joke

THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON! I played for hours yesterday, deposited C$50 and was supposed to get a C$110 withdrawal. Now I cant even log in and they havent paid me a single penny. They are refusing to explain why the account is shut. How do I get my money back from these thieves?? DO NOT USE THEM!
