thought i’d try my luck today to maybe get something extra for the kids for the weekend. put in two deposits of 40 bucks each using my card. checked my bank and both went through but only one showed up in the account??? i been back and forth with support and they just keep saying technical issues with the processor and they don’t have a time to fix it. it’s so upsetting because that money is just gone now and they don’t even care. literally ruined my whole mood and now i’m short for the week.

Total scam they made me send tons of photos for kyc and then after they accepted the verification they said I have to gamble my whole $90 deposit before I can withdraw anything! Well I got my 1500 CAD cashout eventually so they aren’t total scammers. But man the VIP department is useless and the site was down twice this week which is super annoying when you just want to spin.
