I was really hoping to have a nice evening AFTER A LONG WEEK AT WORK AND MAYBE WIN A LITTLE EXTRA FOR THE KIDS’ SCHOOL TRIP . It’s just so upsetting because that was my treat money and now it’s gone because the site is broken and the rules are total rubbish . RUINED MY WHOLE MOOD .

I was just trying to have a nice night after a long week at work and maybe win a little extra for the bills. Put in $45 and actually hit a decent win on the slots, got up to $850. I was so happy thinking about what I could do with that money but then the nightmare started. They are flat out refusing to pay me. I’ve sent every document they asked for but it’s never enough for their verification team. Now they are demanding a selfie of me in front of my house showing the address!!! Be careful with this site. The games and chat are fine, but the withdrawal is a mess. I won 1,500 CAD and now they want 20 different documents for kyc. Why wasn’t this needed when I put my money in??? Also there are limits they don’t tell you about. I can only withdraw 120 CAD a day and 700 a week. It will take forever to get my money. What am I supposed to do now to get my payout faster? This is one of the worst sites I’ve used.

Listen to me and do not make the same mistake I did with this brand. This is a classic trap where they make the deposit process seamless but then create impossible hurdles for withdrawals.

Ten days pending is not processing time, it’s a stalling tactic. Their support is trained to give generic responses to keep you waiting while they hold your funds. The fact they accept credit card deposits but refuse credit card withdrawals is a massive red flag.

avoid this site at all costs. very dodgy always issues with withdrawals and the limits are a joke. u can never get all ur money out. i was on the vip program and had 38000 points and was almost at the 4000 cad pay out. u r supposed to get 400 in each step but i never got any. then they say they are starting a new loyalty program and starting everyone from the beginning. my points were wiped and they wouldnt convert them to anything. they just said thats unfortunatw . tbh terrible.
