Oh yeah great job guys! Love it when a casino lets you deposit no problem but the second you actually win something they suddenly remember they hate you. I had a 250 dollar balance from a bonus with a hilarious ten thousand dollar wager requirement so obviously that was a joke.

Then I depo twenty-five for real and win 380 on a tiny bet.

I was hoping to have a nice evening after a long week of work and maybe win a little extra for my kids ,I put in 80 bucks and actually got lucky and hit a decent run up to 520 CAD ,I was so happy thinking about what I could do with taht money but then I try to withdraw via interac and it just sits there , Its been over 48 hours and nothing has happened ,My account is fully verified so there is no reason for tihs ,Now I’m just sitting here feeling like an idiot for trusting them and it’s totally ruined my weekend

Firevegas is a complete joke and absolute bottom of the barrel. I’ve used dozens of sites in Ontario and this is the worst experience by far. 25 days for a 150 dollar withdrawal to go through is pathetic. total lack of transparency here i deposited 100 cad and got my balance up to 500 before trying to withdraw. next thing i know my account is locked without any warning at all. customer service told me its a safer gambling review and and someone would email me. i sent the proof of deposit they asked for immediately but its been 12 days and im still waitimg. support just gives me the same script about the review taking an indefinite amount of time. i want my 500 cad now. what am i supposed to do if they just refuse to talk to me?? pls help
