i really wish i read the reviews before i joined this place because everything they say is true. as soon as you want to cash out they want to know the ins and out of everything but they dont ask for none of that when u deposit. i won 280 CAD and now they are acting desperate to keep it and asking for all kinds of documents that should have been asked for at the start. wat a load of rubbish. u can keep the money since u need it so bad but i am telling everyone to forget joining here. and they even charge u just to put money in lol.

I was just trying to relax after a long shift and maybe win a little extra for the kids’ school stuff. Deposited about eighty quid and actually got lucky on the slots, ended up with 650 in the balance. I was so happy thinking this is exactly what we needed.

Then I go to withdraw and the nightmare starts. Every time I click cash out it just loops back and asks for more deposits. Tried to get help but then they just disabled my account out of nowhere.

Now I can’t even get in to show them my ID and they’ve been ignoring my emails for 10 days. I’m just sitting here gutted because that money would have helped so much and they just stole it and locked the door.
