They just stole 1500 CAD from my account and I need to know how to get help. I deposited 50, lost it, then played the bonus and won. I finished the whole wager requirement and had a balance left over. I used THAT balance to win more and got it up to 2000 CAD but then they confiscated almost all of it. They keep saying rule 11 and 10x withdrawal limits but it was my own money by then!! I have screenshots of the support agent being confused too. What do I do now? They are lying saying it was all bonus money just so they dont have to pay me. DO NOT PLAY HERE.

The technical side of the site is actually really good, and the slots choice is wide. I used the welcome offer with a 50 CAD deposit and cleared the wager, which was nice, but then I hit a wall with the terms.

I had С$160 ready to go, but they only let me withdraw 100 because of a max win cap on the bonus. This is quite annoying, even if it is in the rules. KYC was okay and took about 30 hours to get my ID approved, but then the actual transfer to my wallet took another few days on top of that.
