Money on my side! honestly was sweating it for a minute but the cashout just landed. I hit for 650 CAD and was worried about the docs but Alex from the help team is a legend he sorted everything in like 2 days. Big thanks to the team for actually paying out fast once the kyc was done!!!

im so annoyed right now. i signed up because of the constant ads but it been a disaster. ive spent hundreds here and and never even got to a withdrawal. now that i want to self exclude they r making the kyc process impossible. why do they allow unlimited deposits without id but then make it a struggle the second u want to leave? its pure noney and i want answers.

I was really hoping to have a bit of extra cash for our weekend trip so I put in 50 CAD thinking I might get lucky . ACTUALLY DID QUITE WELL AND GOT UP TO 400 CAD ON SOME SLOTS AND TRIED TO CASH OUT . THEY BLOCKED IT AND SAID I NEEDED TO SEND IN MY ID WHICH I DID RIGHT AWAY . WAITED A WHOLE DAY FOR THEM TO VERIFY IT AND WHEN I TRIED AGAIN IT SAID I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER DEPOSIT FIRST! ABSOLUTE JOKE . PUT IN ANOTHER 15 CAD JUST TO GET MY OWN MONEY OUT AND THEN IT TOLD ME I HADN’T WAGERED ENOUGH OF THE NEW DEPOSIT YET… I ENDED UP LOSING SOME OF IT JUST TRYING TO MEET THEIR STUPID RULES . NOW IT’S ASKING FOR MY ID FOR A SECOND TIME AND MY 380 CAD IS JUST SITTING THERE PENDING . I’VE MESSAGED THEM 4 TIMES AND NOBODY REPLIES . THIS HAS TOTALLY RUINED MY MOOD AND WE MIGHT HAVE TO CANCEL OUR PLANS NOW BECAUSE I’M BROKE UNTIL THIS CLEARS .
