needed some extra cash for kids school trip so thought id try my luck on roulette. deposited 450 and and actually hit a heater, got up to 3500! i was so happy thinking finally things r going my way. but then nightmare started. tried to withdraw and they blocked me. sent all my id bank statements everything. then i self excluded because i knew i would be tempted to play it back if i didnt. now they say because im excluded they wont verify me or pay my 3500. im sitting here with noney and bills r piling up. absolutely gutted.

I will never use this site again. I opened an account and sent my ID and source of funds, which was all fine at the time.

However, I played again after a few months and now they are claiming I have to send the source of funds again, so I cannot withdraw my С$150. Playing is supposed to be fun, but they make it so hard to enjoy anything if you are winning. Customer service takes hours to reply and they don’t even help you with the problem. How am I supposed to get my money out now?
