total waste of time and basically a scam to get ur data. they force u to use a phone camera for kyc and and wont accept pc uploads or email even though support lies and says they will. ive been waiting 4 days for a manual check and they just keep saying use the app. i use a symbian phone so it doesnt even work. stay away if u dont have the exact phone they eant.

Lack of RESPONSIBILITY!!!I did DEPOSIT 75 CAD with my visa and got FAILED, I tried my mastercard again FAILED, then I tried send CRYPTO and till this time I am writing this review been 9 HOURS and still didn’t reflect in my BALANCE !!!!And I contacted them time by time and the only answer I got : The status of this transaction is PENDING and MONEY have not been received yet I never seen such a baaaad delay in crypto network !!!!What am I supposed to do now?

I saved up 80 CAD to finally have some fun after a long week at work and just relax with some slots. I thought I’d try this place out, but what a mistake. The customer service is just non-existent and they treat you like you’re stupid.

I played three different games and the returns were just pathetic, literally just eating my money. Then I was finally getting close to a bonus and the whole thing just reset on its own! I was so upset I just closed the tab. Totally ruined my night and now that 80 bucks is just gone for nothing.
